Leadfinger Racing A2.1 tactic body for the HB D819/E819
The A2.1 body and front wing for the HB D819 1:8 nitro buggy is a one off design from the original LFR Assassin body. The new A2.1 not only delivers a great new look and tuning option, but is also designed to work with and fit the E819 electric buggy.
Three changes in total have been made to the new design. First is the addition of the cowl scoops on the side pods. Depending on the performance your looking for, these can be left alone to add to the overall down force of the car, or you can choose to drill them out for additional cooling.
New for LFR and by racer request, is the addition of the roof fin. The advantage is more stability in high speed sections of the track, giving the HB a better and more precise feel throughout the car.
The final upgrade is the addition of down force added to both of the rear side pods. This helps to keep the car planted and provide more level jumping. With two different designs from LFR for the HB D819, racers now have an option to better suit their tuning needs. The original A2 which is made for super high bite conditions and provides less down force, or the newly updated A2.1 for when drivers are looking to gain an extra edge that works on a variety of track surfaces.
Leadfinger Racing A2 body for the Xray xb218/XB219
The A2 Tactic body for the XRay XB2 is the start of a new line of 2wd bodies from Leadfinger Racing in 2019. Working with key features from their previous line of 1:8 bodies, and transferring ideas to the 2wd platform, yields a product that LFR customers have been waiting for.
Like the A2 Tactic bodies before it, the XB2 body has an added roof vent that allows for better cooling for today's sensitive electronics. Running cooler has it's advantages and feeding cool air directly over the power house is a welcomed upgrade. Behind that, LFR has designed a top fin that joins into a rear swoop for added stability and increased rear down force. The combination of the two help give the XRay XB2 a balanced and precise feel during mid corner rotation and on power exit.
The all new nose scoop for the XB2 has been designed specifically for the 18' and 19' Xray models. The scoop is designed to enhance steering and jumping capabilities to the front of the car. LFR has designed the scoop to not only be an effective advantage, but also finish off the XB2 with a much cleaner over all aggressive look
